HOW DOES SPONSORSHIP WORK?

Our staff wears the sponsor’s signature clothing including tee-shirts, hats or baseball caps. Any handouts, gift certificates, signs or banners prominently display the sponsor’s promotional message and logo.

Based on your needs, it may be of value (though not required) to provide a small waiting area. In this space, attendees can wait for their chair massage while electric foot massagers relax them. During both the electric foot massage and the On-Site Chair Massage they can listen to your marketing message. The size of this waiting area is determined by the number of massage stations and foot massagers you have.

Sponsor three or more stations and we provide a Chair Massage Company greeter to set up the equipment, help with sign ups and cover for massage practitioners when they are on break. That way the massage chairs will always be full, even when practitioners are on break- and your lead count will be higher.

Prices begin as low as $1,477 for one On-Site Chair and therapist for a three day Trade Show.

Add your audio presentation through headphones while the massage is taking place and you have created the perfect “niche” focused marketing tool.

Limited space is required (approx. 3′ x 3′ per therapist). Your valuable trade floor space is not needed. Each On-Site Stress Management and Massage program is self-sufficient. No support is needed from carpenters, electricians, or administrators. Space is all we need.

How does it work?

We set up our massage chairs in your booth, exhibit space, or near or around the trade show floor. We only require approximately 3′ x 3′ per therapist so we do not tie up your valuable trade floor space.

When you place the Chair Massage Company at your event you will receive the following:

  • Our professional greeter signs in your attendees and invites them to use our electric foot
    massagers as they wait for their chair massage;

The Successful Use of On-Site Chair Massage at a Specialty Trade Show

We participated in a highly successful event – The 2005 New York Chocolate Show.  We supported the show management in developing a “Chocolate Spa Extravaganza.”  We created 14 massage stations in which our therapists wore shirts promoting one of the show sponsors.  We integrated stress reduction specialists into the exhibit area who conducted combination massage and “creative visualization” sessions built around the love of chocolate.  I spoke on “The Therapeutic Benefits of Chocolate.”   Numerous news stories about the show mentioned “The Chocolate Spa Extravaganza” and helped to create plenty of pre-show BUZZ in the media.  The Chair Massage stations greatly increased the flow of traffic to the spa area and the spa area helped contribute to the great success of the show.
